General Comments
At time of visit, it was breakfast service and facility was only serving cereal and other non TCS items. Milk was only TCS item observed in facility at time of visit that was being held cold. Yogurt bags were being held on TPHC. EHS let PIC know that facility must repair all equipment in poor repair before resuming full service operations. PIC stated that facility is still planning to resume full service operations in ‘26-27 AY.
