General Comments

The high temperature dish machine and walk in freezer are still in disrepair. WIF isn't being used for anything and remains in a sanitary condition. (PIC) stated that they aren't reheating or cooking anything only cold hold and hot holding. Food is cooked and transported from Charlotte Mecklenburg Academy, and while the facility has equipment, none of it is plugged in, and the gas is turned off, according to the PIC at JT WILLIAMS SECONDARY MONTESSORI. The PIC sometimes washes dishes in the three-compartment sink, or transports soiled equipment and utensils back to Charlotte Mecklenburg Academy.
