5-205.15 Maintain a plumbing system in good repair. Observed hand washing sinks #2- #3 were observed between140F -142F not allowing EHS to properly perform hand washing procedures. On-site maintenance worker was able to fix the issue with the mixing valve. Hand washing sink #2- #3 were observed below 120F. EHS was able to wash hands after fixes occurred. |
