6-501.12 Floors, walls, ceilings including the attachments such as soap, towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vent covers shall be clean. Caution should be used to minimize food exposure. Observed floors of employee restroom with soil (paper and toilet water residue.) Per conversation with PIC, toilets were clogged prior to EHS arrival, but had been assessed and serviced by a plumber. EHS observed toilets properly flushing and functioning. Clean floors as needed. |
