3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in sanitizer between uses. OBSERVED wiping cloth being stored in a sanitizer bucket with the concentration reading between 50 to 100ppm. PIC stated bucket was made this morning. CDI. PIC instructed employee to replace with sanitizer that reached proper concentration levels of 200ppm. REPEAT. |
