Observed plastic, disposable cup used as scoop stored in sugar bag in contact with product. CDI - PIC removed and disposed of cup. Utensil with handle was provided. |

Observed clogged garbage disposal before the high temperature dish machine. PIC stated a work order had been submitted. Pre-rinsing and soaking are being conducted in the 3 compartment sink before items are ran through the dish machine. |
