7-102.11 Label working containers of toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers.-Pf Observed a spray bottle of oven cleaner being stored on chemical storage shelf unlabeled and 2 spray bottles, one containing disinfectant unlabeled and one containing sanitizer incorrectly labeled. Employee stated spray bottle labeled disinfectant was actually sanitizer. CDI: Employee corrected labels for 2 spray bottles containing disinfectant and sanitizer and PIC voluntarily discarded spray bottle of oven cleaner. |
