4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. - Observed dish machine not functioning. Facility not currently using dish machine but utilizing 3 compartment sink to wash dishes instead. Per PIC, work order has already been placed and dish machine should be fixed by middle of next week. EHS provided PIC with contact information. PIC will contact EHS once dish machine has been repaired. Follow up visit required to ensure dish machine properly functioning. |
