3-307.11 Miscellaneous Sources of Contamination - C Observed a discharge of liquid from the freezer unit that is impacting the packaged items on the shelf. There was a metal pan under the discharge, but it was not in the proper position to protect all of the food. Ensure that the food is not impacted by this discharge. If pans are used to catch the discharge, ensure they are sufficently sized and properly place to catch the liquid. |
