5-202.13 An air gap between the water supply and flood level rim shall be at least twice the diameter of the water supply inlet and not less than 1 inch.-P. Observed drains for two prep sinks and the three compartments that were below the the flood level rim of the floor drains for their respective sinks. Plumber was onsite and work order was placed, plumber stated that work would be completed next week. VR within 3 days for 1 inch air gap above drains. |
