3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in properly concentrated sanitizer between uses.
Observed wiping cloths being stored in quat sanitizer solution at less that 50ppm. Label on the quat container states that it is active at 200-400ppm. -CDI- PIC replaced the sanitizer with new solution at 400ppm. |
