5-501.114 Drains in dumpsters and waste containers shall have drain plugs in place. Observed dumpster with missing drain plug. Recently installed drain plug was seen next to dumpster, having seemingly been broken off during waste management servicing of dumpsters. REPEAT.
No escalation in point deduction due to noted efforts at improvement. |
