Per PIC, food employee had written today’s date but had not erased yesterday’s times. EHS educated PIC about ensuring times were not placed on board before items were removed from temperature control.
Observed missing lid from dumpster. Per PIC, facility has been in constant contact with the city over the last year to have lids replaced but hasn’t had any luck. PIC showed EHS copies of emails. |
