General Comment: 4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. -P - Observed sanitizer in 3 compartment sink and bucket on line testing 50ppm. Did not observe facility sanitizing equipment at 3 compartment sink when testing. CDI, sanitizer refilled to required concentration.
