General Comment: 4-302.13 (B) Provide an approved Max/Min thermometer for testing sanitizing temperatures in hot water warewashing machines. The thermometer must be readily accessible. -Pf - PIC stated they were aware of requirement effective October 1st, 2021 and the max / min read thermometer was ordered for facility but has not yet arrived at facility. CDI by instruction. Ensure max / min thermometer available by next inspection. |
