6-501.111 Keep the premises free of insects, rodents, and other pests. - Observed ants in the dry storage area in the old walk in cooler. Ants are coming in through the loose caulking by the ceiling. Maintenance came out yesterday to spray. CDI - PIC placed another work order to have them spray. All food has been removed and the rack will be taken outside to spray off. Nothing will be stored there until the problem is fixed. |
