Mops and brooms are being stored in the area due to limited storing space. Gave instruction to control pests and recommend flushing floor and mop sink drain regularly to avoid partially dry drains. |

6-501.16 Drying Mops - C Observed mop drying mop head up by mop sink. Brooms are being stored in space between wall and mop sink. The mop sink is unused and in the area near the hand sink. The area is in an alcove near and the unused drains are creating a harborage for flies. Provide area to properly store mops and brooms. |
