3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in properly concentrated sanitizer between uses. Observed 2 sanitizer buckets at 50 ppm Quat and 1 bucket with no sanitizer. Sanitizer at 3 comp sink was 200 ppm. Observed 1 wet cloth not in bucket. CDI PIC dumped all buckets and refreshed them. REPEAT |
