6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Observed several locations throughout the facility with chipping floor tiles and chipped wall tiles. Ensure that chipped tiles are repaired or replaced. PIC states that there has been a work order in for the chipped tiles. PIC has signs taped around the facility on locations where there is chipping present that states “repair for health department”. |
