4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed establishment without functioning dish machine. PIC was aware and stated the follow; item has been down since 10/6, has not been in-use, already approved for repair, and disrepair is due to a malfunctioning conveyer belt line. EHS observed proper dish washing procedures during inspection. EHS will follow up with establishment to assess dish machine. |
