Observed towels used to wipe up wet areas at service lines either lying on counter under service line not in sanitizer bucket. Need to either keep wiping towels in sanitizer bucket or use disposable paper towels to wipe up wet areas at service lines. |

Observed wall vent on right side of kitchen close to service lines either line dusty; needs to be cleaned more frequently to keep dust from accumulating. |
