4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. *Observed - WIC empty and out of order. PIC stated that it went down on Friday around 10:30AM they removed all food and placed them into standing RICs. EHS observed no Cold Holding violations. PIC stated WIC is scheduled to be repaired later this afternoon. EHS will conduct a follow up visit to verify WIC has been repaired. |
