4-302.14 Provide a test kit that accurately measures sanitizer concentrations. -Pf EHS observed quat test strips in facility that had expired in 2012, as per manufacturers label. EHS used facilities expired test strips and compared with EHS test strips that are not expired, facilities test strips are not accurate, reading at least 100ppm lower than EHS strips. PIC stated he will order new strips from supplier Alco. VR by 2-5-22 to ensure facility has obtained test strips that have not expired. |
