General Comments

A/C is not functioning properly and is negatively impacting the RICs on the front line. PIC has been proactive and places all TCS items on time starting when the are placed in RIC up front. RIC ambient, when tested was 42F. Facility needs to have properly functioning equipment at all times. Possible violation and points deduction next inspection if RICs are not able to maintain 41F and below.
