7-102.11 Label working containers of toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers.-Pf Observed chemical stored in a red sanitizer bucket. Chemical did not test for quat or chlorine. When speaking to person in charge, REHS learned that chemical is a disinfectant used on kids tables after service is completed. Ensure that chemical is labeled to prevent confusion of sanitizer. CDI- Labeled during the inspection. |

Observed walls inside of dry storage with noticeable build up left attached. Recommended a higher cleaning frequency to prevent build up occurrences. |
