General Comments

Due to doors popping open on 2-sided coolers used for loading service line, hamburgers, cheese burgers, hot dogs, potato wedges, French fries have been put on time rather than temperature. These are noted on time chart posted; these items are kept for a maximum of 3 hours after completion of cooking and/or re-heating.
