3-602.11 Food Labels - PF. FOOD PACKAGED in a FOOD ESTABLISHMENT, shall be labeled as specified in LAW, including 21 CFR 101 - Food labeling, and 9 CFR 317 Labeling, marking devices, and containers. Observed unlabeled packaged foods available for self-service: various salads, tropical fruit cups. CDI - CMS school system is actively working with State on resolving this problem. |

6-501.111 Controlling Pests - PF. The premises shall be maintained free of insects, rodents, and other pests. Observed one dying roach in doorway to employee restroom. CDI - facility is actively treating for roaches throughout the school, as shown by paperwork kept on file and examined today. PIC stated that roaches have been a minor problem in the kitchen and he showed me the four areas where they are most likely to be found. We only found the one today. |
