4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed dishwasher down, they aren't using it-they are using their 3-comp sink. They have a stand up unit that fluctuates temp and they currently do not use. WIF has ice building up and it too frozen. PIC has called maintenance on these issues. |
