4-601.11 (A) Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Observed multiple hot holding metal tops stored with clean utensils with sticker/tape residue still present on outside surfaces. CDI items with tape residue were pulled from shelf and placed in 3 comp sink for cleaning. Observed black residue built up on sides and top of ice machine. CDI Ice machine was drained for cleaning. |
