Observed two hand washing sinks (one in ware-washing room and one near the manager’s office) where the sealant has come apart from the wall. Hand washing sinks need to be resealed to the wall. |

.4-602.13 Non food contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned frequently to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Observed ice build-up coming from both fan units in the walk-in freezer. PIC stated she is aware and will have the ice build-up cleaned up.
Observed residue build-up on top of the dish machine. CDI- PIC cleaned the top of the dish machine during inspection. |
