5-501.115 Discard items and litter stored in the waste areas and enclosures as they are not necessary to operation and maintenance. Remove litter around dumpsters and items inside of cardboard dumpster enclosure.
Note: Facility is only used as staging kitchen at this time. All food is brought in from Charlotte Latin Founder's Hall (separate permit) with TPHC in place. Food is pre-packaged before arrival and is staged for classroom delivery from this space. Equipment in use at this time: 1 reach in cooler and 1 heated cabinet - both only hold foods already on TPHC along with milk cooler which does hold items overnight. All other equipment including dish machine not in use. Dish area used for storage. |
