4-302.13 (B) Provide an approved Max/Min thermometer for testing sanitizing temperatures in hot water warewashing machines. The thermometer must be readily accessible. -Pf
Observed facility did not have thermometer for testing 3 comp sink. Staff stated the thermometer broke this week and the facility has already ordered one that is due to arrive tomorrow. |
