2-102.12 Certified Food Protection Manager - C Observed the faciltiy manager to have a certification for ServSafe which expired in August of 2014. The manager also has a ServSafe Procter certification that is in date, but the Procter certification does not count as a Manager Certification and becomes invalid if the Manager certification is not valid. The facility must have a Person In Charge with a valid document of Food Protection Manager training. This became a 2 point deduction on January 1st 2014. This will be a 2 point deduction in this facility if this requirement is not met on future inspections. |
