51 0 Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices No No No 5-205.15 Maintain a plumbing system in good repair. Through discussion with PIC, kitchen handsink near the serving line is backing up/is slow. PIC stated that the school has already had a contractor come and assess the sink and the floor will need to be taken up and pipe replaced over the summer. Sink is still usable, however staff are not using it when possible to prevent continued water damage. Sink was used today during inspection for handwashing and no back up was seen. A hole where the piping is has been cut out in the wall from the assessment.
55 0 Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean No No No 6-501.12 Floors, walls, ceilings including the attachments such as soap, towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vent covers shall be clean. Caution should be used to minimize food exposure. Observed light cover over prep sinks with build up on inside from a leak. Ensure leak is fixed and clean/replace the cover.
