Observed ice scoop stored in holder with a bit of water and some rusty looking bits inside. CDI - sent to be detailed and sanitized.4-901.11(A) Air dry equipment and utensils after cleaning and sanitizing. Observed salad spinner stored clean and covered but with liquid still in the bottom. Air dry before closing up. |
