4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment - C Observed a discharge from the cooling unit inside the walk-in freezer. Repair this and cease the discharge. Observed the dishmachine to be off-line due to a wash water temperature issue. The repair service had already been called and the machine put out of service. The facility must contact C. Elmore when the machine is fixed. If it is not properly functional before the lunch service on 8/28/14, the facility must go to using only single service items for the utensils. |
