3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in properly concentrated sanitizer between uses. Observed one (1) wet, in use wiping cloth on non food contact portion of pushcart. PIC presented commercial chlorine sanitizer bottle to EHS as food contact sanitizer. EHS and PIC discussed proper storage of wiping cloths:
Store in an elevated (at least six inches) bucket of concentrated sanitizer between uses. |
