PIC knew the unit wasn't working properly and they been holding fish on ice until unit is fixed. EHS found catfish, salmon tuna, mussels, clams, all above 41F. Grab and go was holding crab cakes at 49F, shrimp at 44F, bacon at 47F. CDI-PIC voluntarily discarded everything that was made from yesterday and cooled everything made today. VR REQUIRED 8/20/2020. |
