2-303.11 Remove jewelry on hands and arms while preparing food. A plain ring, such as a wedding band, is allowed. Observed one employee who washed hands and started to put gloves on while wearing a ring with a stone set into it. Advised employee to remove ring while working. He did so, rewashed, and regloved. |
