5-202.12 Provide at least 100F water at handsinks.-Pf Arrived to find no hot water at either kitchen handsink. PIC said they were using restroom for handwashing. CDI - I had PIC prop door open to restroom for handwashing without recontaminating hands by opening door. Then PIC called owner who is sending someone to repair immediately. Meanwhile, PIC was able to turn on front handsink hot water from beneath, although that caused the water line to leak on the floor. She also was able to turn back handsink on with a screwdriver, as faucet was broken. Plumber arrived during inspection and began repair. |
