Observed walk in cooler holding product above 41F. No food items were potentially hazardous. however, cut melon will be placed into the walk in to cooler before placing out at grab n go stations. A VERIFICATION VISIT WILL BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS TO ENSURE THE UNIT IS HOLDING AT 41F OR BELOW. DO NOT PLACE POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS INTO THE WI UNTIL REPAIRED. Visit will be made on September 4, 2020 to verify the walk in cooler. |
