5-205.11 Maintain access to handsinks. Handsinks may only be used for handwashing.-Pf Observed food employee open up package of deli ham and drain contents of packaging in handwashing sink. Food employee then used handwashing sink to rinse knife that was used to open packaging. CDI- EHS with PIC support coached employee that handwashing sinks are only for handwashing and that opening of food packaging should be done at prep sink. Knife was also properly set in 3 comp sink area to be properly rinsed,washed,sanitized. |

3-302.12 Label all working containers of food (oils, spices, salts) except food that is easy to identify such as dry pasta. Observed seasoning shaker with white powder unlabeled. PIC identified it as salt/seasoning mixture. PIC was instructed to label all in working containers. |
