Cold air must flow around product to remove the heat. -Pf OBSERVED queso meat, hot dogs, bacon and burgers and raw bacon in the walk in unit all not cooling with methods that will rapidly reduce the temperature. CDI. Ice bags were placed on items, items were moved to walk in freezer and lids were removed. REPEAT. |
