6-301.11 Provide soap for handwashing at each handsink. -Pf Observed 2 of 3x handsinks in seafood/meat department unable to dispense soap when going to wash hands. PIC/employees believe there is an issue with dispenser or how it was recently replaced. Able to get dispensers working after opening and readjusting soap. CDI- soap provided with correction. Ensure soap dispensers are always functional to allow employees to wash hands properly. |
