3-302.11(A) Separate the different types of raw animal foods. -P Observed several isues of storage order in the WIC: turkey and chicken ground over whole muscle beef, ground sausage over whole muscle beef, chicken over pork lion. Observed mechinally tenderized beef over whole muscle in the grab and go, and raw hams next to RTE. CDI-PIC and food employee changed storage order.
