3-304.12 In-Use Utensils, Between-Use Storage - C Store in-use utensils with the handle up when stored in the product. Observed in-use ice scoops stored with the handle down in the ice. CDI - PIC took ice scoops out of ice and placed on soda machine grate. Advised PIC that storing in-use ice scoops is acceptable as long as the handle is out of the ice. |
