Store tags in chronological order for 90 days. -Pf Observed shellstock tag missing from container of clams being held in display case and one shellstock tag in which lot was sold in October missing a date to show when last shellstock was sold. CDI: PIC placed harvest tag with container of clams in display case and dated tag for lot sold in October as all tags were in chronological order. |
