Observed 2x deli chubs in deli display case that were marked 3/29, had exceeded 7 day limit and had not been discarded yet. CDI- products voluntarily discarded. REPEAT. Note: points de-escalated due to significant improvement in date marking system. EHS observed a much better date marking system, less products out of date, more emphasis on importance of date marking compared to previous inspection. EHS believes facility has shown significant improvement from previous inspection. |
