2-303.11 Remove jewelry on hands and arms while preparing food. A plain ring, such as a wedding band, is allowed. Observed food employee wearing a watch. However, was not performing any food preparation tasks. As a reminder, if food employees are cutting/processing meat they need to remove all jewelry other than a plain wedding band to facilitate hand washing. |
