4-201.11 Equipment and Utensils-Durability and Strength - CMultiuse food contact surfaces shall be smooth and free of damage like cracks so that they are easily cleanable. Observed plastic meat scrapers with damage causing meat debris to get caught in between crackes in the surface.Advised to also seal the gaps in the sliding door tracks to facilitate cleaning the sliding door tracks on the meat cases. |

Observed meat debris in the corners of the sliding door tracks of the meat cases. Also observed debris under the grates used to store frozen and fresh packaged meat/seafood.Observed a build up of debris in the condensate drip pan inside the meat case used to store uncovered meats. |
